A vulnerable feeling is feeling worthless. Fear of constantly judging all the time, fear of harsh things by surrounding. as and result you lose your confidence badly. then things not going according to your desire. don’t you worry I have a few tricks to get rid of it? switch on your life with power back. so let’s begin.

Why feeling vulnerable?

The moment you decide this time I get back my track and gives my 100% anyhow for any task. but then all your efforts are going wrongs, in terms of results. on top of it someone is blaming you for the same and pock you constantly, or not blaming but your setting goals did not perform well. then you might be feeling vulnerable.

Adding to it, mental vulnerability happens due to being ignored or break blind faith. According to survey, this happens youth most of the time. if deeply connected in something and that not goes well the result probably your subconscious mind works actively. very often it causes mental illness.

Feeling vulnerable is might cause next level if you not stepping out of it. and result completely break down and skaters. few of people going into a depression to constantly think being loose and ignorant. and we often heard they facing mental hazards.

so hey you guys, don’t you worry about it, you need to do simple steps and you good to overcome your fear of being vulnerable.

Quick overview!! When this Vulnerable Feeling To Surrounds You?

okay, so when you have nothing to do, or you are alone, that time probably you think over, why me? why this is happening to only me and stuff like that.I mean to say, being free are causes thinks and feeling depressed. I especially an emphasis there is a thin line between being depress from vulnerable and stress depression, but both sail in the same boat. so beware.

Jumping on another high point that is, your thought process, and self- introspection. when you believe, your nothing for anything. right? this is proven facts by most of the Psychiatric. and by the time you find the way, you are deeply exhausted by negative and pessimistic thoughts.

Apart from that, when you are an emotionally week person, and Hazel yourself easily by anyone unnecessarily poke you.

Your emotional week when your deeply hurt by some incident that remembrance.

but there’s a way to overcome your fear of feeling vulnerable. let’s see that.

How To Overcome The Fear of Feeling Vulnerable For Damage Your Mental Peace?

you need to imbibed the following simple tricks in your life.

1.Allow yourself doing mistakes because no one is perfect so far.

First of all, you guys are need to know, no one is perfect in this universe. Rather everyone is struggling for achieving the best. so try to give your best sort and do not complain.

2. Stop overthinking.

Like I mentioned before, overthinking hazards life badly, so need not overthink, sometimes things does nit go well as per plan. but then, that doesn’t mean, hamper your peace. try to figure it out.does not hurt your capabilities.

3. talk with your partner.

if you doubt about life or feeling worthless, if have any trustworthy partner with you then go and talk with them, express your feeling without any hesitation. you feel better, and light. perhaps something new way is coming out.

the most important thing is here, a partner should respect your feeling rather than try to fun out of it, so beware share with trustworthy one.

4. do anger and drop out frustration.

in the latest survey, I read about how anger is effective for massive relief when feeling vulnerable. because anger gives feel light. a particular amount of anger treats like drop the stress. so many times anger issues causes on positive as well.

5.self love

what to say, I guess, you guys are notices everyone talked about it. but in this section of overcome vulnerability, this is such an important step. sometimes self- pampering and love show our self- value. and that is much need in terms of Confidence. self -love boosts our confidence. so be superior.

Self- love showcases the upward value of our self and replenish our sense of happiness. and more or less we value ourselves.

6.change the way of think or work.

we very often heard in movies or somewhere, if plan A does not work then work on plan B. so what are you waiting for? go and change your way of work, I mention way not to work. so probably this way useful for desire result and feeling better in terms of positivity. then no space for feeling vulnerable.

Any one way among all of them perfectly fitted that situation. but problem is that we want an instant results. why not? time runs fast and time is money. no one has time to do things repeatedly but then if you genuinely want that thing you have to do it. otherwise not that priorities stop it now, and don’t feel bad or vulnerable right. why think about them. right?

7.Ignorance Bliss

That is most important in this case. if you have fear of being judging or fear of vulnerable this works best for you. you just ignore that negativity who constantly judging you, do your best. because you are not, you lose yourself and your confidence too. so I highly urge you Ignorance is the best way for nerds.
